Qinding Machinery is holding its second English Corner event, focusing on the scenario of customer inquiries about equipment compatibility.
To continuously enhance employees' English communication skills and professional customer service standards, and to support the high-quality development of the company's overseas business, Shandong Linyi Qinding Machinery Co., Ltd. plans to hold the second English Corner event on Saturday, May 9th, at 5:00 p.m.
This English Corner event will continue the core theme of "customer reception" from the previous session and further focus on the key scenario specified in the PPT: "Customer Inquires about Product Compatibility with Their Existing Equipment". It aims to create an immersive and interactive English communication environment.
During the event, a free-speaking format will be adopted, encouraging all participating colleagues to actively engage in role-playing and experience sharing. They can either simulate foreign customers and raise questions about equipment compatibility issues related to track chassis and customized parts (such as guide wheels, idler wheels, sprocket wheels, tracks, chains, etc.); or, based on the actual operations and reception positions of Qinding Machinery, simulate staff roles and provide targeted answers to customer inquiries. At the same time, colleagues are welcome to share practical methods, real-world experiences, and unique insights from their daily customer reception work, achieving the goal of mutual learning, complementing each other's strengths, and growing together.
This English Corner event is not only an exercise in employees' English application skills but also an important measure for the company to strengthen customer service levels and enhance team professional standards.
