55 Ton Tracked Chassis for Mobile Crusher Completed
Recently, Qinding Machinery completed the production and assembly of a 55-ton steel tracked chassis for mobile crusher. Faced with tight delivery schedule, our factory team worked overtime to finish assembly, commissioning and quality inspection overnight. The tracked chassis was hoisted and loaded successfully for shipment to the customer’s construction site the next morning.
Custom developed for mobile crusher, this 55-ton crawler undercarriage adopts thickened steel track shoes, heavy load track rollers and high-strength welded frame. It comes with strong bearing capacity and reasonable ground pressure, adapting well to tough muddy working conditions in mines and aggregate yards with outstanding climbing performance. The integrated hydraulic drive system delivers flexible operation and long service life, compatible with modification and matching of various crushing and screening equipment.
At the production site, factory staff rushed to complete assembly procedures. Strict checks were carried out on welding precision, assembly clearance of components and hydraulic pipeline connections. No-load testing was performed to guarantee all technical indicators meet standards. After acceptance, the overhead crane lifted the heavy tracked chassis smoothly onto the freight truck.
